CFS studs are designed as complete load-bearing walls. Your external and internal party walls become loadbearing, allowing you to span floor joists. This is a highly flexible system making it ideally suited to penthouses or inset structures where it is essential to keep the loads to a minimum. They also benefit from a reduced crane and transport cost when compared to pre-panelised solutions.
Stick built on site
Complete Framing Solutions standalone system is stick built on site from cut lengths of cold rolled sections and is suitable for bespoke structures up to 3 storeys high, comprising of stud walls and joisted floors and roofs.
This system offers the client a huge level of flexibility on sites where access and lay down areas are restrictive, allowing the structure to be built within the footprint of the building causing minimal disruption.
